2. Name, surname, email, and telephone number are necessary to process for responding to a query submitted via the contact form. These personal data will be processed by Schwarz-Transport, Ltd. for a period of 6 months.

3. The processing of personal data is carried out by Schwarz-Transport, Ltd., thus the data controller.

4. Please be aware that, according to the data protection law, you have the right to:

• request information from us on which of your personal data we process,
• request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
• request access to these data from us and have them updated or corrected,
• request the deletion of these personal data from us—however, this deletion will result in the termination of the contract negotiations,
